Eisner’s Spirit Lives on as Dark Horse Mini-bust
First published in 1940, The Spirit enthralled newspaper audiences for more than 30 years with stories about a masked crimefighting vigilante whose fists patrolled the streets of Central City. Today, the rough-&-tumble adventures of Denny Colt that helped make Eisner a legend fascinate a new generation of readers that stands to grow with Lions Gate Entertainment’s upcoming live-action film directed by another master of graphic fiction, Frank Miller.
This 4.5” x 7.5” piece includes a separate Central City manhole cover that can be displayed on or near the bust to re-create the strip’s danger-filled noir atmosphere.
The mini-bust is scheduled to ship on July 23. Preorder it now at YikesToysAndComics.com!
