Next Week: DC & Marvel Minimates + Elseworld S3 and More!

Next week is THE week for collectors of mini-figures. Not only are we expecting cases of DC Minimates Series 2 (Robin, Blue Beetle, Power Girl and more) and Marvel Minimates Series 14 (X-3 Movie), we also have Simpsons Bust-Ups Series 5 arriving - Simpsons in Love!

Two different Japanese Trading Figure blind box assortments expected are Art Works Collection Metaldar and Megami Tensei One Coin Mini Series 5!

Mini Figures not your thing? DC Direct's Elseworlds Series 3 featuring Batgirl, Supergirl, Red Son Green Lantern and Kingdom Come Aquaman and Nightstar and the Dr Who (David Tennant version) figures will be in the store and on the site Wednesday!

Better late than never, the Star Trek Mirror Mirror Uhura, which was originally slated to be a Chicago Wizardworld 2006 Exclusive arrives next week as well.

Thanks to a big collection that walked in the door today, look for a big update tomorrow full of DC Figures! Who wants dibs on the DC Direct Hush 2 set?

Big Week with 300 Simpsons Spidey 3 and Lots More!

Lots of new product in this week and added to the website! Here's a quick rundown of the big hits:

Frank Miller's 300 - Produced by NECA and selling quickly, this line is made up of King Leonidas, Queen Gorgo, Ephialtes and an Immortal. We still have a few sets left but these will be gone by the weekend. We'll have more cases coming from NECA in the coming weeks!

McFarlane Simpsons Series 1 - 4 Figures make up the base set and there's one Deluxe. Marge & Homer, Simple Simpson, Why You...!!, and Kamp Krusty all feature 2 figures and a backdrop/enviroment accessory. The Deluxe set is Itchy and Scratchy in Cape Feare/Spay Anything. Although smaller than the figures put out by Playmates years back, these awesome figures do feature minimal articulation.

Cooperstown Series 4 - In an out. An allocation from our distributor leaves us with only a few figures to add to the catalog - Joe D and Ted Williams. These figures look great and we hope to be getting more next week. This set contains the two aforementioned Hall of Famers along with Ozzie Smith, Steve Carlton, Roger Maris and Johnny Bench.

AND Spider-Man 3 Movie Figures! - These figures have a street date of March 24th, but we've already recieved our initial allotment and are offering preorders to ship on that date! All figures will be available in multiples! Get your orders in on Venom, New Goblin, Sandman, Black Costume Spideys and the other figures early!
Can't wait a week? SPIDER-SPUD is now in stock and ready to ship! The next in the line of hilarious Mr Potato Head crossovers. These look great!

Bruce Lee Minimates!

In 2002 Art Asylum produced 4 different Bruce Lee Minimates that measure 3" tall. Brave Little Dragon, Ascension of the Dragon, Hong Kong Dragon and Immortal Dragon. These hard to find figures are up on the site and we picked up enough that we posted a few up for auction.

Also, don't forget. Tomorrow, March 13th at noon, check the site for the new 3oo action figures from NECA. There are 4 figures in the set. Although we are recieving a fair allotment of these, the case assortment is unknown so there is no guarantee how many figures will be made available!

Yesterday's Football turns into today's Star Wars!

Yesterday's aquisition of 30+ Football figures has turned into today's Star Wars collection. While we still have lots of the Football left (Series 6-9 with lots of variants), we traded a few today for some of the harder to find newer Star Wars Saga Collection figures. These won't last long! Here's your chance to pick up Aurra Sing, Commander Appo, R4- M6 (Mace's Astromech) and lots of clones!

300 & Grindhouse Figures NEXT WEEK! +

Next week, we will be receiving our shipments of NECA's 300 and Grindhouse action figures. All existing preorders have been halted (and will be filled) and these will be sold on a first come-first served basis. Look for these to hit the site this Tuesday, March 13th by 12noon EST. Since the case allotments are not known, there is no guarantee how many of each figure will be available! Mark your calenders!
